Research Groups

At RRS we engage in a variety of market research studies, other types of research we conduct includes, Product Testing, Accompanied Shops and In-home interviews.

Product Testing: You are invited to trial a product at a particular location or at home and then fill in a questionnaire.

Accompanied Shops: You would meet with a facilitator at a shop or in a shopping centre. The facilitator will ask you questions about your everyday shopping habits, whilst in a particular shop.

In-home Interview: An interviewer would come to your house and discuss a product with you. This may include you
demonstrating the way you go about your daily activities.

Focus Groups are a way for companies to gain feedback from the community about current or future products / services. These groups are run in an informal setting, usually in the city, they go for about 1.5 hours and people are paid via EFT, GiftPay, shopping vouchers or cash for attending (normally somewhere between $40 and $120 dollars).

How does it work?

Once a suitable research session arises, we will contact you via email and ask you a few questions relating to the session we are recruiting for. If you qualify for this session, you will then be invited to participate in a session online or in person at a group discussion or take part in a product test. At the end of the session you will be paid via EFT, GiftPay, shopping vouchers or cash.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

If you would like to be added to our database – as available to attend Group Discussions, please fill out the REGISTRATION form.
